1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and/or utilizing our transport services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services and website.

2. Services
Service Oriented LLC operates as a transport provider in Lafayette, LA, offering freight and/or logistics services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any lawful reason. 

3. Customer Responsibilities
As the customer, you warrant that:

• All goods are accurately described, properly packaged, and suitable for standard transportation.
• You are the legal owner of the freight or have the legal authority to tender it for transport.
• You will not tender any hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials without prior written consent.
• You will provide accurate dimensions, weights, and delivery instructions. 

4. Payment and Billing
Payment is due upon booking unless a corporate credit account has been established. For established accounts, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Past-due balances are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate permitted by Louisiana law). 

5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for reasonable dispatch, we do not guarantee exact pickup or delivery dates and times. Our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed cargo is strictly limited to the declared value or the amount paid for the specific shipment. We shall not be held liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this website—including logos, text, graphics, and images—is the property of Service Oriented LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any website content without express written permission. 

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lafayette, Louisiana. 

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
